The paper presents the results of experimental studies to evaluate the effectiveness of aqueous solutions of sulfonol, OP-10 and Neonol AF 9-12 in the processes of enhanced oil recovery in terrigenous formations. The study included measurements of surface tension at the interface between a surfactant solution - transformer oil and a surfactant solution - crude oil, contact angles, adsorption, rheological properties of oil, capillary and filtration displacement. An increase in the concentration of surfactants leads to a decrease in the interfacial tension for all reagents. Neonol AF 9-12 has been shown to provide the most favorable combination of low surface tension, variation in wettability, and displacement efficiency, while OP-10 exhibits the lowest adsorption. The obtained results can be used in the development of surfactant compositions for clay-containing terrigenous reservoirs.
